Claire's decision to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist stemmed from a deeply personal journey.
Like many women, Claire struggled with painful and disruptive periods that deeply affected her daily life.
After navigating years of discomfort, a diagnosis brought clarity to Claire's symptoms. Yet, with few treatments available, she sought guidance from an RDN. With their expertise, Claire discovered the symptom support and relief she had long sought after. Claire’s own health journey is what ignited Claire's passion for dietetics, fueling her desire to assist other women in supporting their health.
Driven by a desire to partner alongside other women and guide them towards embracing their health and bodies, Claire earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University. She went on to complete her dietetic training at esteemed institutions including Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital in New York City and BALANCE eating disorder treatment center.
Claire's personal health path has deeply ingrained a sense of empathy and understanding for women navigating health challenges. Coupling evidence-based recommendation with a nurturing, tailored approach, Claire empowers women to confidently embrace nutrition choices that align with their distinct health journey.
