PCOS Nutrition Coaching: What to Expect, Pricing & Results in 6 Weeks

If you’ve been told “Just lose weight” and left feeling unheard, the right PCOS nutrition coaching can be a turning point. I’m Claire Rifkin, MS, RDN, LDN — a women’s-health dietitian who helps women with PCOS find clarity, balance and progress through evidence-based nutrition. Here’s how the PCOS nutrition coaching process works, what it costs, and the results many clients see in six weeks.

What PCOS Nutrition Coaching Covers

  • A 60-minute intake session: full health history, labs review, symptoms map
  • Bi-weekly follow-ups: plate method, blood sugar stability, cycle tracking
  • Personalized plan: tailored to your hormones, lifestyle & goals
  • Messaging support between sessions: questions answered, tweaks made
  • Bonus resources: recipe bundle, habit tracker, coaching notes

Your First 60 Minutes

Your first session sets the foundation. We’ll:

  • Review your labs, cycle data and symptoms
  • Identify your biggest roadblocks (cravings, fatigue, irregular cycles)
  • Build a short-term plan: meals, movement, mindset
  • Set the check-in rhythm: what we’ll measure, how we’ll pivot

Pricing & What’s Included

My standard PCOS nutrition coaching package is $2,100 (3 months). It includes the intake session, 11 follow-ups, all materials, and messaging support.
If you prefer a shorter commitment, there’s a 6-week kick-start version for $1,200, focused on rapid progress and measurable shifts.

Results You Can Expect in 6 Weeks

Although individual results vary, clients often report:

  • More stable energy throughout the day
  • Reduced cravings & fewer night-time snacks
  • Improved cycle regularity or better-tracked symptoms
  • Better digestion & less bloating
  • Increased confidence around food and movement

These outcomes are possible because we move beyond “eat less” and instead build a plan around what your hormones actually need.

Is This Right for You?

It’s the right fit if you:

  • Have PCOS and want tailored support
  • Are tired of general advice that doesn’t land
  • Want tools you’ll actually use (not a 100-page PDF)
  • Are ready to commit to one clear plan

It may not be the right fit if you:

  • Aren’t willing to do work between sessions
  • Prefer DIY plans and no accountability
  • Expect immediate “resetting” without consistency
