If you’re new around here, I make new playlist for every season! And because I’m the queen of basic girlie pops, my fall playlist could not disappoint. I feel very proud to say that this year’s Fit Girl Fall playlist gives you the cozy but dare I say…sexy (!!) fall vibes you’ve been needing for your fall workouts.
Listen here my friend!
How to use it for workouts and fall walks
- Press play before you decide. Start the first song while you lace shoes. Action comes first, motivation follows.
- Use the arc. Spend 5 minutes in warm up, 20 to 40 in the main set, 5 to 8 in cool down.
- Stack habits. Pair the cool-down section with two minutes of mobility or some reflection time.
You’re allowed to have a fall that feels intentional, strong, and satisfying. This playlist is one small tool to help you do that without relying on motivation or pressure. Treat it like a cue, a nudge, a reminder that you can take care of yourself in simple ways that actually stick. Your future self will feel the difference.
