If you’re new around here, I make new playlist for every season! And because I’m the queen of basic girlie pops, my fall playlist could not disappoint. I feel very proud to say that this year’s Fit Girl Fall playlist gives you the cozy but dare I say…sexy (!!) fall vibes you’ve been needing for your fall workouts.

How to use it for workouts and fall walks

  1. Press play before you decide. Start the first song while you lace shoes. Action comes first, motivation follows.
  2. Use the arc. Spend 5 minutes in warm up, 20 to 40 in the main set, 5 to 8 in cool down.
  3. Stack habits. Pair the cool-down section with two minutes of mobility or some reflection time.

You’re allowed to have a fall that feels intentional, strong, and satisfying. This playlist is one small tool to help you do that without relying on motivation or pressure. Treat it like a cue, a nudge, a reminder that you can take care of yourself in simple ways that actually stick. Your future self will feel the difference.
