And I love to help those women feel better in their bodies without giving up the foods, fun, or freedom that make their lives joyful. 

No matter what your reason for wanting to work with a Dietitian is, it’s a deeply personal experience — which is why my approach to nutrition therapy and counseling is realistic, compassionate, and grounded in science, not shame. 

(And I’d never tell you to skip happy hour — both because of the time with your friends and the truffle fries. Obviously.)

I’m all about building sustainable habits that feel good, and ditching the guilt, confusion, and overwhelm that definitely doesn’t.

Through compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling, I create a safe space where women can learn practical strategies to nourish their bodies without judgment, shame, or rigid food rules.
